One price for the project you choose, with every deliverable, a set number of changes and what-if scenarios included. A 2,000 m² building and a 40,000 m² complex each pay for what they get. No seats, no per-user fees: everyone you add to the project works in it.

Questions about pricing.
Why by built area and not by seat?
Because that is how design is bought. A fee that follows the size of the building is one your project already budgets for; a seat is a cost your team has to justify every month.
What counts as a change?
A new run on a changed input: another scheme, a different mix or standard, a redrawn floor, a moved core. A set number of runs is included with every module; what-if scenarios on the business case are not counted.
Can I buy only the structure?
Yes. The Structure module takes an architecture you already have, as DWG, DXF or vector PDF, and returns its structure with every check and drawing.
What does the beta cost?
During the closed beta we agree the price with each team on its first project, and you work directly with us on it. Published figures come with the open beta.
Who pays, and who signs?
Whoever commissions the project pays: the developer, or the design office acting as general designer. The licensed architects and engineers on the project sign, as today.
