Terms of use.

The details, the brief and the files you send through the forms on this site are used to answer you and to set up what you asked for: a session on your plot, a conversation. They are not passed to anyone else and are not used to train any model.

The plot documents and the images you attach travel with your request as an email to us; they are not uploaded to the platform or stored anywhere else. They stay yours: we use them to prepare the session you asked for and delete them when you ask us to.

Optimus Build prepares designs, calculations, drawings and figures for review by licensed architects and engineers. It does not sign them, does not submit them and does not take on the professional liability of the people who do.

The content of this site describes a product in closed beta. It is information, not an offer; what Optimus Build does on a given project is set out in the agreement for that project.
